Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
AngiesActives.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
We accept returns/exchanges on unopened/unused products for 30 days from the date order is received. We offer refunds on unsatisfactory opened/used products for 30 days from date order is received.
To process a return/exchange/refund please contact customerservice@angiesactives.com or log into your account and request a return/exchange/refund.
You will need to provide:
- Reason for return/exchange/refund
- Original order number

Refunds on returned items will be made to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the original shipping fees. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by angiesactives.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. We are unable to accept returns COD.
Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.
Refund After Return
Refunds will be issued after we receive your returned item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Products Damaged in Transit
Please contact customerservice@angiesactives.com with your order number, email, and a photo of the damaged item so we can replace your item.
Incorrect Item Sent
If you received the incorrect item please contact customerservice@angiesactives.com with your order number, email used to place the order, and a photo of the item and we'll get the correct item out to you ASAP.
Exchanges
We can only accept new, unopened, unused products for exchange. To exchange a product, please initiate a return for your existing product by contacting customerservice@angiesactives.com and place a new order for the product you'd like to exchange for. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee and you may select the method of shipping at checkout.
