Restock Update: Transparency, Progress, and What’s Next

When we launched in June, we had no idea we'd sell out in just 12 hours. That same excitement carried into our August restock — gone in just a few days.
Over 600 five-star reviews later, we’re floored by your support and love for our two-product routine.
But we also want to talk openly with you. Some customers let us know they experienced pilling with the products. We heard you — and tried a small tweak to improve it for the August restock. Unfortunately, it didn’t solve the issue for everyone.
Here’s where things stand:
✅ Our restock is scheduled for Monday September 29th with our original launch formula. So many of you love the original formula and are eagerly waiting for it to come back.
✅ Others are asking when the pilling will be fixed for good.
✅ We’re working on both.
Why it’s complicated (and worth it)
Our formulas are packed with unusually high percentages of active ingredients, that’s part of what makes them so effective. But it also makes them much harder to formulate.
The original formula is already something special: elegant, minimalist, and highly effective for many. Reformulating it to reduce pilling (without compromising on performance or stability) is going to take time. We’re estimating at least 3–6 months of development and testing.
